Arrest of Judgm.t the verdict
being for 400.ll of Tob y.e 18.th
day of November last and the said John Trenary by
Matthew Eareckson his Attorny saith that y.e verdict
now founded upon a Condicon which had no consideracon
and therfore was Nudum partum and in Law &c Nud
Pacto ven Ocitur Actio but the said Matthew Smith
by Charles Baste his Attorny desires that that the verdict
may be confirmed and saith that this reason is not
sufficient to distroy the verdict now and if any fforce?
in them should have been offered upon Tryal

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the verdict of
said Jury be confirmed
