being y.e Ball.a of an accompt produced
in Court but y.e declaracon and accompt not agreeing in the
circumstances of Rime y.e declaracon setts forth that the said
Trenary was indebted to y.e said smith y.e above Ball.a y.e 23.th day of
December 1692 but in the accompt all but the First article is
dated after y.e said 23.th day of December whereupon the said
Trenary by Matthew Earickson his Attorny moves this Court
for a Non suit which is accordingly granted

Therefore it is Considered by this Court that the defendant John
Trenary doe recover the sume of Fifty pounds of Tobaccoe for
a Non suit and costs of suit from
