Demands att some Conveniant Place in y.e County Afores.d to y.e which payment
well & truly to be Paid J Comde my selfe my heires executors
Administrators and assignes for ever Sealed w.th my seale and Dated
y.e 29.th Day of Decemb.r 1676

The Condition of this obligation is such: That if the above bound Thomas
More his heires executors Administrators and Assignes [illegible]
and truly observe Conforme fulfill and Keep all and singular the
Covenants Grants and Articles: and Agreemente Made & agreed upon
between the s.d Thomas More and the Afores.d Walter Tolly Concerning
a Parsel of Land that he the s.d Thomas More & the s.d Walter
Tolly Bought of Stephen Whetstone of the County afores.d fate Desease
Containing and Laid out for one hundred and fifty acres more or Less Cituated
Lying and being in Kent County near & unto a Creeke Called Swan Island
Creeke bounding on a branch Called Tavern Branch w.ch hundred & fifty
acres of Land being Equally Divided between the s.d Thomas More
& the s.d Walter Tolly: the s.d Thomas Moore doth hereby Consent agree
& Defende unto the s.d Walter Tolly to him his heires executors Administ.rs
And assignes for ever: y.e Easternmost Partt or halfe of y.e one hundred and
fivety acres of Land With all its Rights benifits and previledges & profits
thereunto belonging unto him y.e s.d Walter Tolly his heires and Assignes
for ever: begining at a naked gum: standing in y.e s.d branch also tavern
branch & runing by y.e s.d northeast seventy & five pearches
unto a marked white oake southeast one hundred and sixty pearches
unto a marked gum and Runing from the s.d gum southwest unto a marked
red oake seventy and five pearches And runing from y.e s.d Red oake
Northwest one hundred & sixty pearches unto y.e first marked gum
That then this obligation to be voyd and of Noe Efect or else to stand
remaine & abide in full force & power strength & vertue a&
Witness my hand seale y.e Day & yeare above written
