Griffith Jones Peticons this Court that he may be admitted
to plead as an Attorny in this Court which is admitted and he
accordingly sworne

Elias King and Mary Tilden being presented by the Grand Jury
and called to answer the said presentm.t which is as followeth

The Jurors for our Soveraigne Lord and Lady King William
and Queene Mary for the Body of Kent County upon theire
Oathes doe present Elias King Gent and Mary Tilden both of Langfords
Bay in the Jurisdiction of this Court for that they the
said Elias and mary the Feare of god before theire Eyes not
haveing together doe live and rehabit incontently contrary
to theire Maj.ties Peace and Laws in such case made and Provided

Wittnesse    William Harris
                    John Nade            Earrickston pro Dom Reg & Regina
                    John Laycock
                    Ann Sillaby
                    Margrett Kelly

To which presentment the said Elias King and Mary Tilden
plead not guilty p M.r Michael Miller being Especially admitted
by this Court as theire Council and Attorny and for Tryall puts
themselves upon God & the Country which are as followeth
