Att a Court held for Kent County by theire Maj.ties Justices
the 22.th day of January in the sixth Yeare of theire Maj.ties Reigne
                        Annoq Dom 1694

By reason of hard and ffrosty Weather in soe much that the inhabitants
of Kent Island cannot possibly come over to this Court or Writts
and processe from thence be Returned

Therefore this Court hath thought fitt to adjourne to the Third
Tuesday in ffebruary and that all Writts and Processe continue in the
shereffs custody until the aforesaid ^time^ and all Jurors and persons to recover
therein are hereby warned to make theire appearance according to the
said writts and processe upon the said Third Tuesday in February
Proclamacon made by the Cryer according to the above order

Custodie and that all persons concerned therein make theire appearance
att y.e aforesaid time as in the last adjournm.t according to this order
