Tom Blanco a Negroe (belonging to Mad.n Porter of Bristol
p.rsents a Peticon which by his Excellency the Governor was
referred to the Justices of this Countie court but upon Examinacon
it was adjudged that no part of the Peticon was True and that
the said Negroe offered several false Suggestions to this Court
The fore it is agreed by ^this^ Court that the sheriff take the sd Negroe
into his Custodie and give him Twelve lashes well laid on his
bare back
