The Jury being duely sworne to Trie the Issue Joyned as before
Revised and hearing the pleadings as well on behalfe of the
Plantiff or the defendant and their sharye being given by the Court
the Jury withdraw to consider on the premises and after some
time doe Returne and say wee of the Jury Find for the Pet
the sume of 400.ll of Tobaccoe

Whereupon the Pet moves this Court that he may have Judgm.t
against the Defendant for the said sume of 400.ll Tobaccoe
according to the Jurors verdict

But the defendant p Matthew Earickson his Attorney moves
and arrests Judgment till next Court which is accordingly
granted
