sett in y.e ground on y.e west side of a branch
called the north west branch of Langfords bay
and on a point on y.e north side of a Little Creek
and oppisitt against a plantation belonging
to M.r Thomas Kear y.e s.d Locust post being putt
in y.e place of a bounded tree being y.e first bounded
tree of a parcell of Land formerly belonging to
Thomas Boone called by y.e name of Bongy &
now in Right belonging & in y.e possession of
Charles Hynson as wittness our hands y.e day
