478 September the 24.th In the sixth year of Their majestyes Reigne An.o D.o 1694 This day being the day for holding a Court according to Law in that case made and provided P.rsent M.r Elias King & M.r Edward Sweatnam Justices for want of Justices to hold a Court the Justices p.rsent have thought fitt to adjourn untill the fourth tuesday in November being y.e Court in source Munday October y.e 29.th 1694 Then in y.e presence of Robert Peark William Glannell William Stanly James downe Cornelious Raine & Richard Morris was a young be a friutt tree bounded on y.e west side of a [illegible] and on y.e north side of Grayson Creek neare a fresh Runing spring y.e s.d bounded tree being in y.e Roome of a certaine bounded tree being formerly burnt down which said tree was y.e first bounded tree of a parcell of Land Called by y.e name of Hynsons chance now in y.e Right & possession of Charles Hynson as wittness our hands y.e day & year above written signe Robert RP Peark William Glannell signe W.m Stanly James Downe Cornelious Ryan Richard Morris |
