or Lords of y.e Fee and further y.e said Thomas & his heires
and all & every person or persons haveing or which shall
pretend to have any Right title or interest of in or to y.e
above bargained p.rmisses or any part therof from time
to time & upon every Reasonable request & att the Cost &
Charges of him y.e said W.m his Heires and Assigness shall
doe suffer knowlidge or cause to be donn suffered and
knowlidged all & every such reasonable act or acts thing
things for y.e further surtie & suremaking of all & singuler
the above bargained p.rmisses to the said William his heires
& assigness as by y.e said William his Heires or Assigness
on his or their councill learned in y.e law shall be devised
advised or Required from time to time dureing y.e space of
fower yeares next provided they are not Required to goe
