Any wise Lawfully Claiming or Demanding the same or any
Partt thereof And that y.e s.d Mathew Farrington and sarah
his wife & Elizabeth Burgis: shall & will give unto y.e s.d Henry
Coursey his heirs & Assignes such further And Ample asurance
of all y.e afore bargained p.rmises: as by y.e s.d Henry Coursey
his heirs or assignes: or by his or their Learned Councell in
y.e Law shall be resonably Devised Advised & Required
in Wittness whereof y.e s.d Mathew Farrington and sarah
his wife & Elizabeth Burgis have hereunto sett their hands
