you alwayes to be one Commisioners to Enquire by
the oaths of good & Lawfull men of y.e County affores.d
of all maner of felonies witchcrafts inchantments
sorceries magick art trespases forestallings Ingrosings
& extortions whatsoever & of all & singular other
misdeeds  & offences (Excepting matters Relateing to
titles of Land) of which Justices of y.e peace in England
may be right ^lawfully^ to Enquire by whomsoever are wherefore
done or perpetrated or which hereafter shall be done
