East Side of Coxes Creeke adjoyning to y.e Land of Bodys
begining at a marked Red oake standing by y.e Creek
side being y.e South bounds of Bodies Land & runing
with his Land East 50 perches to an oake standing
in y.e Swamp then south 160 perches then west 50
perches then to its first bounded tree Containing &
now laid out for 50 acres more or Less to be held
of y.e manor of Baltimore &c.a

oake being a bounded tree of W.m Joyners standing
at y.e head of Long Creeke & on y.e west side of y.e s.d
Creeke then west 90 perches to a marked pine standing
standing on y.e East side of y.e Eastern Creek then
North & by East up y.e s.d Creeke 84 perches to a small
marked Pine standing at y.e head of y.e s.d Creeke
