singular y.e affores.d one hundred & twenty acres of
Land with y.e apurtenances before in & by these p.rsents
granted aliened barganed & sold & every part & percell
thereof are & be & at all times hereafter shall be remaine

whatsoever had made Committed suffered or done by
the s.d Edward James or Catherine his wife their heirs
or assignes or by any other person or persons w.tsoever
Lawfully Claiming by from or under him ^her^ them or
any of them or by his her or their means acts consents
or procurements & also y.e he y.e s.d Jonathan Dickins
his heirs or assignes & every of them shall & may at all
times hereafter peaceably lawfully & quietly have hold
use occupy possess & enjoy all & & singular y.e forebarganed
premises with y.e apurtenances without any maner of
Lawfull let suite trouble or interruption of them y.e s.d
Edward James & Catherine his wife their heirs & assigns
or any other person or persons whatsoever claiming any
