Eviction Expultion or molestation of him y.e s.d Thomas Thaxton
or any person or persons whatsoever claiming any Estate right

part or parcell thereof y.e rents thereof which shall become due
& are accustomed to be paid from time to time to y.e Chiefe Lord or

& that y.e s.d Thomas Thaxton or his heirs shall & will at any
time hereafter at y.e Reasonable request costs & charges in y.e law
