To A marked Hickory Tree standing upon a plaine
near the branch of Morgans Creek and from the sayd
Hickory Tree w.th a Lyne Drawn west and South one hundred
and sixty p.rches and from the End of the West and by
South Lyne w.th a Lyne Drawn South and East three hundred
p.rches and from the End of the South and by East Lyne
w.th a Lyne Drawn East and by North one hundred and
sixty p.rches to the first bounded Redd oake Containing
three hundred acres More or Less All wood underwoods
Trees Timber Trees free Egress and regress from and into the
same as alsoe all other profitts & priviledges & appurtenances
whatsoever unto the sayd pcell of Land or any pte theroff
belonging or in any wise appurtatining to have and
to hold all the sayd pcell of Land w.th all y.e Priviledges
ther unto belonging unto the sayd John Bowles his Heires
and Assignes for Ever and the sayd Cornelious Comeggys
and Rebecca his wife for themselves their Heires Execut.rs
& Administ.rs Doe Covenant in maner and forme following
y.t the sayd Cornelious Comeggys are the True and Lawfull
Owners of the p.rmisses att the Ensealing and delivery of
these p.rsents are Lawfully seized theroff to the Use of them
their Heires and Assignes for Ever and y.t they have full
power and Authority to grant bargaine sell the p.rmisses
w.th Every pte therof Now is free from all Manner of
former gifts grants Joynters fines Rents & arrears of
Rents what soever the Rents and services w.ch shall become
due to the Lord of the fee only Excepted and alsoe y.t the
sayd Cornelious Comeggys their Heires Execut.rs and Ad.rs
shall and will and att the Cost and Charges in
the Law of him the sayd John Bowles shall reasonably
advice or direct & further the sayd Cornelious Comeggys and
for themselves their Heires Execut.rs Administ.rs Covenant
too and with the sayd John Bowles his Heires or assignes
y.t they shall and from hence forth lawfully & quietly
have Hold possess and Enjoy all the sayd pcell of Land
w.th y.e p.rmisses ther unto belonging
