To all Christian people To whome these p.rsents
shall come greeting Know yea That I Cornelious Comeggys
with Consent of Rebecca my wife doe out of the naturall
affection y.t I bear unto my son William Comigys and for
divers others Causes & Considerations me Espeacially
and doe by these p.rsents from me my Heires Execut.rs
or Assignes all those two Tracts of Land the one called
Prespery Containing one hundred And fifty acres Lying
and being in Kent County on y.e North side of Chester River
begining att a Marked White oak standing on the West sid
of A Creeke Called Burress Creek and runing West
down to the River to a Marked pohickory Tree seaventy
and five perches and w.th a Lyne drawn from y.e End of the
North line East seaventy five perches untill it
Intersett a line a Lyne drawn North from the first bounded
tree the other pcell of Land called Vianna lying &
being in Kent County on the North Side of Chester
begining att a Marked live Oake and Gum standing in
the Midle of the Branch proceeding from a Creeke
called Buresses Creek ^at y.e N.o End of a pcell of Land^  Taken up by Thomas Norris
Called Presbury and running from the affor s.d Trees
West into the woods Two hundred & fifty perches then
w.th a Lyne North three hundred and fivety pchess and
from thence w.th a Lyne drawn East three hunderd
p.rchess and from thence w.th a Lyne drawne south
Three hundred and Twenty perchess and from thence
w.th a Lyne drawn West to the affore menconed
bounded Trees Containing six hundred acres
more or Less Together w.th all rights members &
[illegible] and profitts therunto Belonging or in
any wise appertaining To have and to hold
if sayd two tracts or tenements of Land w.th all
and singuler the appurtenances or thereunto
