The plt appeares & prosecutes his Complaint and the
dft Mary als Elizabeth Day confesseth and Evidences
being Called & sworne & not able to prove or vindicate
her said base words or speeches

This Court orders the sherriffe to take Into his Custody
her the said Mary als ^Eliz.a^ Day and punish her by Whiping
being fifteene Lashes well on her bare backe

Whereas Edward James produceing from under the
hand of Heney Lancaster attached that hee did give unto
Edw.d James & Catherine his Wife his son Jn.o Lancaster
untill hee come of age

This Court Considering said Writeing doe Order that the
said John Lancaster bee bound and to suie with the said
Edward James being now adjudged to bee seaven yeare
old untill hee comes to the age of One & seventy yeares
formerly bound unto John Doughty of this County whome
hath absconded himselfe out from said County

Daniell Toaes of this County by Certification from
Talbott County Court being there acknowledged by Judith
Hemsley as appeares from under the Clarkes hand thereof
