such further Lawfull & reasonable acts [illegible]

& better assureing & sure makeing the premises before
menconed to bee hereby bargained & sold and every
part & parcell shewing unto the said Morgan Jones
his heires & assignes for Ever bee it by fine or fines
feoffment or feoffements recovery or Recovery or
Recoveryes Deed or Deeds Inroled or not Inroled the

with Warranty of the said John Leane and his heires
