This Indenture made the Thirtieth day of
December in the Twelfth Yeare of the Dominion
of The R.tt Hon.ble Charles Lord Baron of Baltemore
[illegible] Annoq Domi One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty
Six Betweene Thomas Seward of Kent County
In the Province of Maryland Planter of the
first Part and Phillip Davis of Kent County in
the Province Blackesmith of the Other part
Wittnesseth That the said Thomas Seward [illegible]
in Consideracon of the sume of fifteen [illegible]
Pounds of Merchantable Tobacco to him [illegible]
[illegible] content payd or secured to be paid by the said
Phillip Davis swore the Ensealing and Delivery
hereby he the said Thomas doth hereby acknowledge
himselfe to be therewith fully [illegible]
and payd and thereof and of Every part and
parcell [illegible] doth Clearely acquitt Execute
and discharge the said Phillip Davis his [illegible]
Executo.r and Administrs and Every of them
for [illegible] by these p.rsents Hath Granted [illegible]
[illegible] transferred [illegible]
[illegible] and by these p.rsents Doth give part
[illegible] Bargaine sell assigne transferr Enfeoffe
[illegible] unto the said Philip [illegible]
