This Court Agrees with John salsbury for to
Keep a Ferry from Kent Island to the eastern
part of said County only for the Inhabitants
of said County and the said Ferryman to bee att
the Towne of New Yarmouth one day In the Midle
of Every Month and attend on said Inhabitants
att the Narrowes or other Convenient place
att Court Times and from thence to Gotts Creeke
In Consideracon thereof the said Ferryman is to
have according to said Agreem.t the sume of
Three Thousand pounds of Tobacco

This Court Orders that what Writts are returnable
att this day that the sherriffe Keepe the said Writts in
