231 This Court Orders the Three Thousand six hund pounds of Tobacco Allowed the Comission.rs by Act of Assembly and Assessed in the County Leavey To bee paid Thomas Joce for their Expences by M.r Edward Sweatnam high sherriffe off said County whome Collects the same Whereas M.r Isaac Winchester Corroner of said County being Called and not Appeareing this Court finding therefore the said Corroner and the said Corroner here att this Court Appeareing and Rendring sufficient reasons to the sattisfaction of this Court wherefore hee could not att that time attend when called this Court Considering wee doe Order the said fine To bee Remitted Tho Joce Clke Whereas Complaint is made by M.r W.m Harris to this Court against Elizabeth Vinson for [illegible] long and Abusive speeches and by vertue of A Warrant brought before this Court and being Examined this Court finding sufficient cause Doe Order the said Elizabeth Vinson To have Tenn Lashes well Laid on her bare backe and to Give security for Good behaviour and Abareance and to make her [illegible] appeareance att the next Court Tho Joce Clke Whereas there is the sume of Three Thousand foure hund.d fifty six p.ds of Tobacco Reced by the sherrife [illegible] and Amerciam.ts due unto this Court as by a List Given und.r his hand doth Appeare This Court Orders the said sume of Tobacco bee paid unto Thomas Joce due unto him for the Comission.rs Expences by the s.d sherriffe |
