23 (12) Janua.ry y.e 13.th 1676 Edward Rennalls Aged thirty years: or there abouts sworne And examined saith that in March in y.e yeare of our Lord 1675 That this Deponant & John Starke hired y.e [illegible] that formerly was M.r Thomas Souths Lately Deceased of M.r Mathew Ward for y.e forme & space of one whole yeare or there abouts for which they were to pay Unto y.e s.d Ward y.e sume of two thousand pounds of tobacco & Caske & this Deponant further saieth: That he hath paied & satisfied one [illegible] to y.e s.d Ward & further saith not Edward Rennalls Copia Vera Test Benja Randall Clarke Anthony Woorkman Doth give Unto his sonn in Law: Robertt Dunn & unto Alice Dunn his Daughter in Law two yearling heifers markt with A square on the Uper side of each eares and [illegible] Under y.e Right eare w.th their Female Increace Trust: Michaell Miller: Attorny T Woorkmans marke The Courtt Adjornes Untill y.e Last Tuesday in June next 1677 Att A Courtt held for y.e County of Kent y.e 2.th Day of June 1677
