This Court Orders Andrew Toulson Overseer of the
High Wayes for the Lower Hundred of Kent Island
to cleare from the Road of Broad Creeke unto the
maine Road or to the backe of the Tarr hill soe to
meete said maine Road and from thence downe to
Kent sufficient for passages for Cart horse & man
and soe likewise from the East End of the Towne
of Canterbury to meete the Roade att the back of the
Tarrhill before Exprest and to Cleare from the Cros In
said Towne to the East End thereof with Expedition
