Comission.r and Justice of the Peace for the said County
of Kent according To the Comission directed was
accordingly sworne and take his place


Thomas Joce was Called and sworne dept Clarke of
this County To Officiate for Michaell Turbutt Clarke &c.a


This Court orders Josias Lanham To bee Overseeing the
highwayes for the Eastern necke and to cleare and
make Good the maine Road from Thackstone Wolf trap
to the Towne of New Yarmouth and make a bridge
over the Piney swamp for sufficient Carriadge for Cart
horse and Man and to Chare the Path from the hole
In the Race unto said Towne and from the Towne to
the Narrows soe unto Majo.r Wickes and to make a
Convenient and Good passadge over the said Narrows
with Expedition
