Att A speciall Court Called and Held This 24.th
day of september In the Eleaventh yeare of the
Dominion of R.tt Hon.ble Charles Absolute
Lord and Prop.ry of the Provinces of Maryland
and Avalon s.d Baron of Baltemore &c.a An.o
Dom 1686 att the Towne of New Yarmouth
for this County of Kent By vertue of the Writt
directed unto M.r Edward Sweatnam high sherriffe
of said County For the appointing a day For
the Electing and Choseing one Dpty or Delegate
forever In the Roome or vacancy of M.r Henry
Hosier Late deceased att the next Assembly to
bee held att the Citty of S.t Maryes The Last
Tuesday In October next Ensueing

This Court doth appoint the first Tuesday
In October next Ensueing for the freeholders
Qallified accord^ing^ to Law to bee the day for the

for the said County and ordered That the sherrife
make Knowne the same To the said County

By vertue of a New Comission directed to Capt.a W.m
Lawrence and others To bee Comission.rs and Justices of
the Peace for this said County of Kent M.r John Hinson
being first sworne and Capt.a Lawrence according to the
Deed [illegible] of the Commissioners nominated were
caled & sworne as followeth M.r W.m Frisby M.r Cha Tilden
M.r Christo Goodhand M.r Isaac Winchester M.r Corn Comegys
M.r Hans Hanson M.r Daniell Norris M.r Simon Wilmer
this Twenty Eighth day of sept.r 1686

M.r W.m Harris being called to take the Oath of Comission.rs [illegible]
haveing considerable [illegible] In Court as according might be
