Whereas there are new Comissions come to hand and By the Absence of Capt.a William Lawrence Cheife Justice of this Court the Comission.rs Cannot bee sworne they Adjourne untill the Fourth Tuesday In september next Michaell Turbutt Clk Josias Latham producing A Writt of Error from The Prov.ll Court To this Court the Justices of this Court doth appoint a day on which to meete to finish the Recordings Intr said Lanham & Miller In this Court and thereof To make their returne They appointe the 28.th day of this Inst August August the 28.th day 1686 The Justices meete to finish the Proceedings Intr said Lanham & Miller according to appointment
