hereby granted premisses of a good Lawfull and
absolute Estate to the sole use & behoofe of him
the s.d Anthony Workman his heires & assignes
without any Interuption Intaile Mortgage use
or uses or other matter or thing to alter change
defeat Incumber make voyd or determin the s.d
Estate And that the s.d Anthony Workman his
heires & assignes shall continue to have in himself
full power & good & perfect right true title and
Lawfull Authority to give grant bargain sell
convey & assure all and singuler to be hereby
bargained premisses or any part or parcell of them
and that he the s.d Anthony Workman his heirs
& assignes shall & may from henceforth and at all times
hereafter for Ever Lawfully peacably & quietly have
hold use & Injoy all the aforemenconed premisses
according to the true Meaning of these presents
without any Maner of Let Sute trouble Interuption
or hindrance whatsoever of or by him the s.d
John Jones his heires or assignes or any of there
act or Estate And y.t free cleare and clearly acquited
and Saved harmless from all other bargains sales
gifts grants Leases Joiuntures wills Mortgages
arearages of rents and Incumbrances whatsoever
had made comitted or done or assented unto by him
the s.d John Jones or by him hereafter ^to be^ assented
unto the rents & Services w.ch shall from henceforth
grow due & payable to the cheif Lord or Lords of
the fee or fees only Excepted & foreprized and
Lastly the s.d John Jones doth for himself his
heires Executors & Adminis.rs covenant grant promise
and agree that at the reasonable request and at
the cost & charge of the s.d Anthony Workman his
heirs & assignes to make due Knowledge suffer
all & Every such further & Lawfull act or acts
assurance or assurances in the Law whatsoever
for the better & More perfect & Sure makeing
& conveying the before menconed premisses
by any Lawfull wayes or means as he the said
Anthony Workman his heirs or assignes or any
of the councell Learned in the Law shall be
devised advised or required In Wittness wherof
the ptyes first named have hereunto Interchangably
set there hands & seales the day & yeare first above
written
