merre motion, Wee have given granted, and
confirmed, and by thefe Prefents for Vs, Our
Heires and Succeffors, doe give, grant, and con-
firme unto the faid now Lord Baltemore, his
heires and affignes, full and abfolute licence,
power, and authoritie, that hee the faid now
Lord Baltemore, his heires and affignes, from
time to time hereafter for ever, at his, or their
will, and pleafure, may affigne, aliene, grant,
demife, or enfeoffe of the Premifes to ma-
ny, and fuch parts and parcells, to him or them
that fhall be willing to purchafe the fame, as
they fhall thinke fit, TO HAVE and to hold
to them the fayd perfon, or perfons, willing to
take or purchase the fame, their heires and af-
fignes in fee fimple, or fee taile, or for terme
of life, or lives, or yeeres, to bee held of the faid
now Lord Baltemore , his heires, and
aflignes, by fuch feruices, cuftomes, and rents,
as fhall feeme fit to the faid now Lord Bal-
temore, his heires and affignes; and not imme-
diately of Vs, Our Heires or Successors: and to
the fame perfon or perfons, and to all and every
of them. Wee doe give and grant by thefe
Prefents for Vs, Our Heires and Succeffors, li-
cence, authoritie, and power, that fuch perfon
or perfons may take the premifes, or any par-
cell thereof, of the forefaid now Lord Balte-
more, his heires or affignes, and the fame hold
to themfelues, their heires, or affignes, (in what
