99 personal appearance at the then next Court to be held for said County to answer unto the Indictm.t afd and if he Should not be of good Behaviour as afd and now the said Bowles haveing appeared as afd the said Robert and Daniel their Recognizances are Discharged Ordered that Bowles Green Enter into Recogniz.ce with good Securitys for his appearance at next Court to answer an Indictm.t for Stealing one half of a Smiths Anvill and good Behaviour Bowles Green of Kent County planter present here in Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself to stand Justly indebted unto the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province his heires and Successors in the just Sume of Twenty pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his Body Goods and Chattells Lands and Tenem.ts Conditionally that if he the said Bowles shall not make his personal appearance at the next Court to be held for said County on the third Teusday of November next ensueing to answer unto his said Lordsp on an Indictm.t ag.t him for felloniously Stealing one half of a Small Smiths anvill of the goods & Chattels of a Certain Henry Hosier and Stand & abide the determination of the said Court thereupon and if in the mean time he Shall not keep the peace and be of good Behaviour towards all his Lordsps good Tennants wherewith the said Bowles is Content also Robert Green and Dan.l Flinn of Kent County Planters and psent here in Court in their proper persons do acknowledge themselves indebted unto the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province his heires & Successors in the just Sume of tenn pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain ^each^ to be made and Leveyed of their Bodys Goods and Chattels Lands & Tenem.ts Conditionally that if the said Bowles Green shall not make his personal appear.ce at the next Court to be held for said County on the third Teusday of Novemb.r next ensueing to answer unto his said Lopp upon an Indictm.t ag.t him the said Bowles for felloniously Stealing one half of a Small Smiths Anvill of the goods and Chattels of a Certain Henry Hosier and stand abide the Determination of the same Court thereupon and if in the mean time he Shall not keep the peace and be of good Behaviour towards all his Lopps good Tennants wherewith the said Robert & Dan.l are Content |
