him on his Lordships behalf and now at this Court y.e s.d Emanuel haveing appeared order'd that his Recogniz.c and his Suretys Recog.c be Discharged Emanuel Hurst of Kent County planter at the Day and year afd before the afd William Comegys and Abraham Redgrave Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not appear at this Court to answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Should not be of good behaviour and now at this Court y.e s.d Emanuel haveing appeared his Recog.c is Discharged allso John Walls & Peter Massey both of Kent County planters at y.e same Day afd before the afd William Comegys & Abraham Redgrave Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl Each to be made & Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Emanuel Hurst Should not appear at this Court to answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalfe and if that in the mean time he Should not be of good behaviour and now at this Court y.e s.d Emanuel haveing appeared their Recognizance & Either of them is Discharged |
