the said Isaac in his proper person comes and appears thereto and person
makeing any objection to the said Isaack his said Recog.ce is discharged

    Francis Read and Abraham Ashley of Kent County planters
at last Court afd did Recognize themselves indebted unto his said in the
Same of Twenty pounds Sterl each to be leveyed as afd Conditionally that
if the afd Isaac Ashley Should not appear answer and be of good Behav.r
as afd and now the said Isaac haveing appeared as afd and no person
makeing any objection the said Francis & Abraham's Recogniz.ces and either
of them are Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that the said Isaac Ashley Enter
into Recognizance with good Securitys for his appearance at next Court
and good Behaviour                                Thereupon

    Isaac Ashley of Kent County Planter present
here in Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself to stand Justly
indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this Province his heires
and Successors in the Just and full sume of forty pounds Sterl money of
great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his Body goods and Chattels Lands
and Tenements Conditionally that if he the said Isaac Shall not make
his personal appearance at the next Court to be held for said County on
the third Teusday of November next then and there to answer his said
Lorsp on an Indictment against him for felloniously Stealing a
Weather of the goods & Chattels of a certain Honour Hurly and Stand
and Abide the Determination of the same Court thereupon and if in the
mean time he shall not be of good Behaviour towards all his Lordsps
good Tennant and keep his Lopps peace, wherewith the said Isaac
is content                        also

    William Ashley and Abraham Ashley both of Kent Coty
Planters and present here in Court in their proper persons do acknowledge themselves
to stand Justly indebted unto the Right Hono.ble the Lord prop.ry of this
Province his heires and Successors in the Just & full Sume of Twenty pounds
Sterl money of great Brittain to be made and Levyed of their Bodys goods
