Att a Court held for Kent County ^in the province of Maryland^ at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the Seventeenth day of August in the Tenth Year of the Dominion of Charles absolute Lord and Prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &c.a Annoq Dom 1725 Before
Thomas Thackston and Nicholas Pindar both of Kent County Planters and present here in Court in their proper persons &c and each of them doth acknowledge themselves lost and justly indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord Propy of this province in the Sume of Ten pounds Sterl money each to be made and Leveyed of their Bodys goods and Chattels Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if Sarah Mannen Shall not make her personal appearance at the next Court to be held for said County on the third Teusday of November next Ensueing there to answere to an Indictm.t lying against her for fellony & Stand & abide the Determination of the same Court thereupon wherewith the said Thomas & Nicholas are Content
