his heirs and Successors in the sume of forty pounds to be made and leveyd
of his Goods and Chattels lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the same
George Rennalds Should not make his personal appearance at the next Coty
Court to be held for said County to Answer unto what Sho^u^ld be objected against
him on Suspicion of Entertaining Prisoners that made their Escape from the
Sher. of this County and now at the said next Court to wit at the Court house in the
Town of Chester this Seventeenth day of March Anno Domini one thousand Seven
hundred and twenty three the afd George Rennalds appears and thereupon his
Recognizance is Discharged                                                also

    Arthur Miller and Maurice Roberts both of Kent County Gentl. at
last Court did acknowledge them selves indebted unto the right honourable the Lord
prop.ry of this province his heirs and successors in the sume of twenty pound Sterl
Each to be made and levy'd of their Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements
Conditionally that if George Rennalds Should not make his personal appearance
at the then next Court to beheld for s.d County to answer unto what Shall
be objected against him on Suspicion of Entertaining prisoners as afd and now
at the said next Court to wit at the Courthouse in the Town of Chester this Seventeenth
day of March Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and twenty three the afd
George Rennalds appears and thereupon the same Arthur Miller & Maurice
Roberts and Either of them are Discharged from their Recognizances afd

    Allan Woodall of Kent County Brick Maker at last Court did acknowledge
himselfe Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this
Province his Heirs and Successors in the sume of tenn pound Sterl to be made and
