Do Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the right Honourable the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling Money
Each of Great Brittain Each to be made & Leveyed of their goods & Chattles
Lands and Tenem.ts for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors
Conditionally that if the afd Phil.n Church Shall not make his psonall
appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held at afd our
Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
June next to answer unto the Lord p.ry of this province and if that in the
mean time he the said Phil.n Shall not be of good behavour wherew.th
they Acknowledge themselves all Content

 The afd Mary Willson at Nov.r Court last
being the twenty first Day of s.d Month Anno
Dom. Seventeen hundred & twenty seven was Order'd
to find Security for good behavour & appearance
to next Court            Thereupon John Willson of Kent County at
August Court last being the Day and year afd Acknowledged himself
Indebted unto the right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of
Maryland in the sum of five pounds pounds Sterl money of Great
Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands
and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors
Conditionally that if the afd Mary Willson Should not
make her psonall appearance at the then next June Court in and
the mean time She Should not be of good behavour wherew.th the
same John Willson is Content        And now at this Court
here to wit the ninteenth Day of March Anno Dom of Seventeen
hundred twenty & seven the afd Mary Wilson Cometh and appeareth
to the recognizance afd

    Ordered that the said Mary Wilson be in Custody untill She gives
good Security for her good behavour and appearance to next Court

    The Grand Jury returns the following Indictments viz.t
