March Court 1727 Att a Court held for Kent County in the province of Maryland at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the nineteenth Day of March & Continued the twentieth twenty first twenty Second, and twenty third Days in the same month in the thirteenth year of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c Annoq. Dom. 1727
John Gresham Gent High Sherf of Kent County psent and makes retur of his psepts to this Court as followeth &c.a
Dom. hundred & twenty seven Endorst as foll.s viz.t Cepi Corpus p Jn Gresham Sherf Kent County fs.t Be it remembered that Tench Francis Gent Attry of the right Honourable the Lord propry that now is for the County afd who for the same Lord propry in this part prosecuteth doth come herein his proper pson into Kent County Court at new Town in the same County the twenty first Day of Novem.r Anno Dom.
