33 Thereupon Nathaniel Pearce of Kent County planter present herein Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the sume of ten pounds Sterling money of great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles land and Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the same Nathaniel Pearce Shall not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County on the third Tuesday of November next Ensueing to answer unto what Shall be objected against him the same Nathaniel for Assaulting The afd Katherine Porter and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of good Behaviour Especially to the said Katherine Porter wherewith the same Nathaniel doth Acknowledge himself to be Content also Matthew Howard and Isaac Perkins Jun.r both of Kent County planters present herein Court in their Proper persons do acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord Prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the sume of five pounds Sterling money ^Each^ of great Brittain ^Each^ to be made and Leveyed of their Several goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Nathaniel Pearce Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Courthouse in the Town of Chester in the same County on the third Tuesday of November next ensueing to answer unto what Shall be objected against him the same ^Nathaniel Pearce^ for Assaulting the afd Katherine Porter and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of good behaviour Especially to the said Katherine Porter wherewith the s.d Mathew Howard and Isaac Perkins are Content John Porter of Kent County planter and present herein Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the sume of |
