Court 1724 In his ^proper pson^ Doth himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the sume of five pounds Sterling money of great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if Lydia Chick Shall not make her personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Courthouse in the Town of Chester in the same County on the third Tuesday of November next to Testifie the tenth of her knowledge in a Certain matter of Controversy depending in the same Court between the said Lord prop.ry and Henry Spencer on part of his Lordship wherewith the said John Brisco is Content The Court adjorns till to Morrow morning at Eight of the Clock
Order that Sum.s Issue to next Court for John Brisco and Peter Jones Evidences for his Lordship against Henry Spencer
Pearce Enter into Recognizance with good Security for his appearance and good behaviour to next Court and Especally to the afd Katherin Porter |
