Laughlin Flinn and Gideon Pearce an their Recognizances and either of
them is discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Edward Harris Enter into Recognizance
with good Security for his appearance at next Court to Answer
unto An Information found against him for fornication ^Extortion^ and good behav.r

    And Thereupon Edward Harris of Kent County Gentleman
present here in Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself
Indebted unto the Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the sum of
thirty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of
his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of the said
Lord propry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he shall not
make his personall appearance before the Justices of our next County
Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on
the third Tuesday of June next to Answer unto an Information found
against him for Extortion of ffees and if that in the mean time he
shall not be of good behaviour wherewith the said Edward Harris
doth acknowledge himself to be Content                   also

    Daniel Flinn and John Young both of Kent County planters
present here in Court in their proper persons do acknowledge themselves
Indebted unto the Right hon.ble the Lord propry of this province of Maryland
in the sum of fifteen pounds Sterling money of great Brittain Each to
be made and Leveyed of their goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
for the use of the said Lord propry his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd Edward Harris shall not make his personall appearance
before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house
in the Town of Chester in the same County of Kent on the third Tuesday of
June next ensuing to Answer unto an Information found against him
for Extortion of ffees and if that in the mean time he the same Edward
shall not be of good behaviour wherewith the same Daniel Flinn &
John Young are Content
