201 in as much as the Same Eliz.a is not nor in all probability er'e will be able to reimburse or make Satisfaction for the Costs Damages and Charges by him most wrongfully and unjustly sustained by her wicked and Base Means All w.ch matters & things herein & hereby set fourth on part of yo.r pet.r he is ready to make most Evident, and humbly prays yo.r Hon.r will of y.e Great Justice and Goodness view and inspect his Severall prooffs and Credentials and if upon y.e whole it Seemes reasonable that you will in order to relieve yo.r pet.r from y.e unjust Charges & Costs y.t must arise in y.e Defence of the afd prosecution grant him a Nolli prosequi Directed to the Justices of the afd County Court and all others Concerned to Stop further preceedings therein and your pet.rs as in Duly bound Shall pray &c.a John Evans Underneath y.e preceeding pet.n was as foll.s viz.t Upon M.r Evans producing Several proofs to use of the Baseness of the within woman as likewise Certificats of her former oath where She declares Will.m Humphrys to be the ffather of the Child I Grant a Noli prosequi 11.th Aug.st 1726 Cha: Calvert To the Justices of Kent County The Court adjorns till to Morrow Morning at Eight of y.e Clock
