August Court 1726 to be of good Behaviour and now at this Day y.e said Charles appearing his Recognizance is Discharged also Francis Reed and W.m Dicas both of Kent County planters at this Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of five pounds Sterl Each to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Charles Neale ^Should^ appearance here at any time Dureing this Court Sitting to Answer unto an Information for fornication and in y.e mean time to be of Good Behaviour and now at this Day y.e s.d Charles appearing y.e s.d Francis Reed and W.m Dicas their Recogniz.cs and either of them is Discharged Ordered by the Court here that the Sher of Kent County keep the afd Charles Neal in Safe Custody for his appearance ^at this Court^ to answer unto an Information for fornication Kent County fs.t Memorandum that Tench Francis Gentl Attry of the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry that now is for the County afd who for the Same Lord prop.ry in this part prosecuteth Doth Come here into Kent County Court before Lambert Wilmer Esq.r and his Associates his s.d Lordships Justices of the Same County Court to wit at now Town in the County afd the twenty first Day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty and Six and for the Same Lord prop.ry doth give the Court here to understand and be informed that Charles Neale late of S.t pauls parish in the County afd Labourer y.e twentieth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty & five at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court haveing been duely admonished by the Vestrymen of the Same parish in y.e afd Coty did afterward to wit the twenty first Day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty & Six and Divers other times as well before as Since y.e afd twentieth day of March at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction af as a fornicator frequent the Company of a Certain Sarah Manning of the afd parish and County the Same Sarah then and yet being the Lawfull wife of a Certain John Manning Contrary to the Act of assembly in that Case made and provided and against the peace of the Lord prop.ry that now is his good Rule and Dignity &c.a wherefore the Same Attry of the s.d Lord prop.ry for the Same Lord prop.ry prayeth the advice of the Court here in the premisses and Due process of Law in this part to be made against the afd Charles to Answer unto the s.d Lord prop.ry of and upon the premisses &c.a T francis Cler. pac.
