the Day of the Return of s.d writt Endorst as foll.s viz.t

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Charles Neale Enter into Recog.c
with good Security for his appearance at any time Dureing this Court
Sitting to Answer unto an Information found against him for fornication
and Good Behaviour and that the Sher of Kent County keep him
the s.d Charles Neal in safe Custody untill he Shall Enter as afd

    Thereupon Charles Neale of Kent County planter present here in Court in
his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right
Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten
pounds Sterl to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements
for y.e use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a Conditionally that if he Shall
not make his personal appearance ^here^ at any time Dureing this Court Sitting
to answer unto an Information for fornication and if that in the mean
time he y.e s.d Charles Shall not be of good Behaviour wherewith y.e afd Cha.s
is Content                                                                                also

    Francis Reed and W.m Dicas both of Kent County planters present herein
Court in their proper persons do Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the
Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryland in the Sume
of five pounds Sterl Each to be Leveyed of their goods and Chattels Lands
and Tenements for y.e use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a Conditionally
that if y.e afd Charles Neale Shall not make his personal appearance here
at any time Dureing this Court Sitting to Answer unto an Informacon for
fornication and if that in the mean time he y.e s.d Cha.s Shall not be of good
Behaviour where with y.e afd Fra.s Reed and W.m Dicas are Content

    The afd Charles Neale haveing Entered into Recog.c for his appearance at any time
dureing this Court Sitting to answer unto an Information for fornication and
good Behaviour and now at this Day y.e s.d Cha.s appearing ordered that his
Recognizance and his Suretys Recog.cs be Discharged

    Charles Neal of Kent County planter at this Court afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of
ten pounds Sterl to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not
