124 Maryland fs.t Att a Court held for Kent County in the Province afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in s.d County on the fifteenth Day of March and then adjorned till the twenty Sixth Day of Aprile and then Continued the twenty Seventh twenty Eighth and twenty Ninth Days of y.e Same Month in the Eleventh Year of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and p prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &c.a Annoq Dom. 1725/6
twenty four at the Parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court one Diaper Napkin of y.e value of two Shillings Current money of Maryland & one linnen Apron of the value of two Shillings like money and one yard of Country Cloath of the value of two Shillings & Six pence like money of the Goods and Chattels of a Certain Philip Davis then and there being found then and there feloniously Did Steal take and Bear away Contrary to the peace of the s.d Lord prop.ry that now is his Good Rule and Government and against the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case lately made and provided &c.a M Howard Cler. pac. on the Back of the pceeding Indictment was as foll.s viz.t Testes Cath. Hopkins, Sam. Thomas, Rose Thomas, also A true bill by Thomas Piner foreman And the afd Sarah Manning in her proper person Cometh & Saith that |
