123 Ordered by the Court here that the afd Bowles Green Enter into Recognizance with Good Security for his appearance at next Court and Good Behaviour and that y.e Sherf of Kent County keep the afd Bowles in safe Custody untill he Shall Enter as afd Thereupon Bowles Green of Kent County planter and present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry ^of this province of Maryland^ in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personal appearance before y.e Justices of the next Court to be held for y.e County afd at y.e Court house in y.e Town of Chester on y.e third Teusday of March next and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith y.e s.d Bowles Green is Content also Robert Green and Daniel Flinn both of Kent County planters and present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling money of great Brittain ^Each^ to be Leveyed of their Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Bowles Green Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for y.e County afd at y.e Court House in y.e Town of Chester on y.e third Teusday of March next and if that in y.e mean time he Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith y.e s.d Robert Green and Dan.l Flinn are Content The Court adjorns till Court in Course |
