119 The Court adjorns till to Morrow Morning at Eight of y.e Clock
Court in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto y.e Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the Same Peter Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of March next ensueing to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of good Behaviour wherewith y.e said Peter doth Acknowledge himself to be Content also Thomas Winn and Thomas Massey both of Kent County afd planters present here in Court in their proper persons Do Acknowledge themselves indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of their Severall Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Peter Massey Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of March next ensueing to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships |
