        Att a Court held for Kent County in the Province afd
at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the Sixteenth Day
of November and continued the Seventeenth Eighteenth Nineteenth twentyeth &
twenty Second and twenty third Days of Same Month in the tenth year of the
Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland
and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &c.a Anno Dom 1725

Isaac Ashley
The afd Isaac Ashley haveing Entered into Recognizance
at last Court for his appearance at this Court to
answer to an Indictment found against him for felony
and now at this Court the said Issac haveing appeared ordered that his Recog.c
and his Suretys Recognizances be Discharged

    Isaac Ashley of Kent County planter at last Court did acknowledge himself
Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the ^Sume of^
forty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his Goods &
Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors
Conditionally that if he the Same Isaac Should not make his personal appearance
before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house
in the Town of Chester to answer unto an Indictment found against for felony
and if that in the mean time he Should not be of good Behaviour and now at this
Court to wit the Sixteenth Day of November Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and
twenty five the s.d Isaac Ashley haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged

    William Ashley and Abraham Ashley both of Kent County planters at last
Court did Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry
of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of
of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of their Several Goods & Chattels Lands
