No. 37.

Resolution in favour of George Pearce, of Warren county,
Kentucky, a revolutionary soldier.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to George Pearce,
of Warren county, in the State of Kentucky, a soldier of
the revolutionary war, or to his order, during life, in quar-
ter yearly payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay
of a private, in consideration of the services rendered by
him, during the revolutionary war.

Resolution in favour of Barnard Thompson, a revolutionary
soldier.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to Barnard Thomp-
son of Washington County, in the State of Kentucky, a
soldier of the Revolutionary War, or to his order, during
life, in quarter yearly payments, a sum of money equal to
the half pay of a private, in consideration of the services
rendered by him in said war:

Resolution in favor of James Jones, of Baltimore County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby
authorised and directed, to pay to James Jones, of Balti-
more county, the sum of forty dollars, being the amount of
a fine paid by him under a sentence of Baltimore County
Court, which fine was remitted by his Excellency the Go-
