An act to divorce Albert G. Franciscus, of the city oj Balti-
more, from his wife Eliza J. Franciscus.


Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the marriage heretofore solemnized between Albert
G. Franciscus, of the city of Baltimore, and Eliza J. his
wife, be, and the same is hereby declared null and roid,
and that the said Albert and Eliza, be, and they are hereby
divorced a vinculo matrimonii.

An act for the Incorporation of Concordia Lodge, number
seventeen, of the Order of Independent Odd Fellows, of
the City of Annapolis.

Maryland, That Frederick Louis Grammer, Richard Wil-
liams, Henry Hammond, William Brvan, Richard R.Sands,
Gabriel H. Duvall, Richard Wells, Philip Clayton, senior,
Richard Parkinson, Daniel Dashield, Elijah Wells, Geo.
H. Camden, William W. Curran, Nathan Hammond, Tho-
mas Parker, William Legg, Charles Hanshaw, Thomas
Gardiner, James Hunter, Walter Phelps, Nicholas Killman,
Lewis N. Sewall, William Sullivan, Samuel Goldsmith,
John T. Larmer, Daniel Dorsey, John Sewall, Marmaduke
W. Conner, James Robinson, and John Miller, the officers
and members of Concordia Lodge, number seventeen, of
the Order of Independent Odd Fellows, of the city of An-
