King and William Bounds of Somerset County Planter his Security all Present herein Court in his Proper Persons Acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry of the Province of Maryland in thirty Pounds Curt
Money of Maryland of their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and Tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship
his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Alexr. Thomas Russell do not keep Good Rules and
Orders and do Suffer Idle Loose and disorderly Persons to tipple Game and Commit disorders or Other Irregularitys in his
Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and Meaning of the Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided &c

Wm. Roberts    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now Sitting the humble Petition of William Roberts
Petn    humbly Sheweth that he is Possest of a Certain tract of Land Called Davids Desteny whose Bounds are decayed &
Precarious therefore your Petitioner prays your Worships would be pleased to Appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in
Relation to the Bounds of the Said tract of Land or Any other that the Same may depend on that the Same may the Better
be kept in Remembrance and Your Petitioner as in duty Bound Shall Ever pray    Wm. Roberts
   Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and had a hearing of the Petition afd. being
Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. William Roberts
as by the Petition afd. is Praid and that Joseph Gilliss, George Irving, Wm. McClemey and Whitey McClemey be Commissioners
and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided &c

Wm. Taylor    To the Wordshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Judicially Sitting the Petition of William
   Petn    Taylor Jur. Humbly Sheweth to Your Worships that the Road that Leads from Princes Ann Town to George
Pollits Runs through Your Petitioners Land which is Very prejudicial to Your Petitioner Your Petitioner therefore
prays that your Worships would Permit him to turn the Road on the Line Between your Petitioner and William
Pollit which will Make the Road Considerably Straighter and noways prejudicial to Any other Person whatsoever
And Your Petitioner as in duty bound will Ever pray                                               William Taylor Jur.
      Whereupon Came here into Court the afd. Petitioner in his Proper Person and the afd. Petition being
Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered by the Court here that James Polk and Thomas Jones Lay out
the afd. Road and that the afd. Wm. Taylor make the new Road as Good and Passable as the old Road and that the old
Road Lay open untill the new Road be Compleat & that the afd. James Polk and Thomas Jones View the Road when
Compleat & Make Report to the Court &c

George Hayward of Somerset County Gent Produced here in Court a Commission from Stephen Bordly Esqr. Attorney
Generall of Maryland Appointing him the Said George Hayward Prosecutor of his Lordships Pleas in Somerset
County Court and prays that he may be Qualified thereon, Thereupon the Said George Hayward took the Severall
Oaths to the Government Repeated the test and Subscribed the Same with the Oath of Abjuration and Likewise
the Oath of Prosecutor &c

@    Somerset to wit Be it Remembred that George Hayward Gent Attorney of the Right Honrble the
David Cordery    Lord Propry that now is for the Same Lord Propry in this Part Prosecuteth doth Come here into the County Court
of the Same Lord Propry held for Somerset County afd. to wit at Princes Ann Town in the Same County the xviii day of August in
the Year of our Lord God One thousand Seven hundred Sixty One before Isaac Handy Esqr. and his Associates the Said Lord Propry his
Justices of the Same County Court and for the Same Lord Propry doth Give the Justices here to understand and be Informed that
the Minister Vestrymen and Church Wardens of Stepney Parish in the County afd. the         day of         which was in the Year
of our Lord Seventeen hundred and         at the Parish afd. in the County afd. and within the Jurisdiction of this Court Suspecting
then and there of Lewdness and Incontinancy David Cordery Late of the Said Parish and County Planter and Mary Quinton of
the Parish and County afd. being then and Yet at the place afd. Still Resideing and Liveing in the Said Parish County and
Jurisdiction did Cause Notice to be Given to the Said David And Mary to Appear before them the Said Minister Vestry
and Church Wardens on the       day of       in the Said Year Last mentioned at a Vestry then held by them in the
