of Somerset County are held and firmly bound unto William Perkins, Sarah Perkins, John Perkins, Mary Perkins
Sarah Perkins Daughter of W^m. & Thomas Perkins Representatives of Michael Perkins dec^d. in the full and Just Sum of
One hundred and forty four pounds Sixteen Shillings and five pence Cur^t Money of Maryland to be paid to the Abovesaid
Representatives them or Any of them their or Any of their heirs Ex^rs. Adm^rs. or Assigns to the which payment well and
truly to be made and done we bind our Selves and Each of us our and Each of our heirs Ex^rs. or Adm^rs. for the Whole and in the
Whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this 17^th day of June Anno Dom. 1761
        The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the Commissary Gen^l. hath transmitted unto this
Court the Account of the Estate of Michael Perkins dec^d. wherein it is found that there is a Ballance due to the above
said Representatives the Sum of Seventy Two pound Eight Shillings and Two pence halfpenny Cur^t Money therefore
if the abovesaid Michael Cluff, W^m. Broughton and Abraham Outen them or Any of them their or Any of their heirs
Ex^rs. or Adm^rs. do and Shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Representatives the af^d. Sum of Seventy
Two Pounds Eight Shillings and Two pence half penny Cur^t Money According to Act of Assembly and dec^d. Will when
they Shall Arrive at full Age to Receive the Same then the above Obligation to be Void Else to Remain in full force
and Virtue

Representatives of John Handy dec^d. in the full and Just Sum of One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety four pounds fourteen
Shillings and Eight pence Cur^t. Money of Maryland to be paid to the Said Amelia, Pricilla, Levin and Thomas Handy them
or Any of them their or Any of their heirs Ex^rs. Adm^rs. or Assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we
bind our Selves and Each of us our and Each of our heirs Ex^rs. or Adm^rs. for the Whole and in the Whole Joyntly and
