a Small distance Above the Wading place and from the Said Beach the Said Wilson ordered this deponant to
Reverse the Second Course of the afd. Land Called Fairspring and Running the Said Course the Came to a White Oak Stump
Marked with Two Notches on four Sides and Cut down Just Above the Said Notches which Stands of the North Side of
the Road a Little below the Wading place and further Saith not Taken this 13th day of May Anno Dom 1761

Somerset fst    Know all Men by these presents that we Michael Cluff, William Broughton and Abraham Outen
of Somerset County are held and firmly bound unto William Perkins, Sarah Perkins, John Perkins, Mary Perkins
Sarah Perkins Daughter of Wm. & Thomas Perkins Representatives of Michael Perkins decd. in the full and Just Sum of
One hundred and forty four pounds Sixteen Shillings and five pence Curt Money of Maryland to be paid to the Abovesaid
Representatives them or Any of them their or Any of their heirs Exrs. Admrs. or Assigns to the which payment well and
truly to be made and done we bind our Selves and Each of us our and Each of our heirs Exrs. or Admrs. for the Whole and in the
Whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this 17th day of June Anno Dom. 1761
        The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the Commissary Genl. hath transmitted unto this
Court the Account of the Estate of Michael Perkins decd. wherein it is found that there is a Ballance due to the above
said Representatives the Sum of Seventy Two pound Eight Shillings and Two pence halfpenny Curt Money therefore
if the abovesaid Michael Cluff, Wm. Broughton and Abraham Outen them or Any of them their or Any of their heirs
Exrs. or Admrs. do and Shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Representatives the afd. Sum of Seventy
Two Pounds Eight Shillings and Two pence half penny Curt Money According to Act of Assembly and decd. Will when
they Shall Arrive at full Age to Receive the Same then the above Obligation to be Void Else to Remain in full force
and Virtue

of Somerset County are held and firmly bound unto Amelia Handy, Pricilla Handy, Levin Handy and Thomas Handy
Representatives of John Handy decd. in the full and Just Sum of One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety four pounds fourteen
Shillings and Eight pence Curt. Money of Maryland to be paid to the Said Amelia, Pricilla, Levin and Thomas Handy them
or Any of them their or Any of their heirs Exrs. Admrs. or Assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we
bind our Selves and Each of us our and Each of our heirs Exrs. or Admrs. for the Whole and in the Whole Joyntly and
Severally firmly by these Presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this 18th day of June Anno Dom. 1761
